~ Deliver to Cape Coral, Ft. Myers, North Ft. Myers, and Pine Island, Florida areas only. For deliveries to Sanibel Island and Captiva Island, a $6.00 toll will be added for delivery. Delivery to locations other than those above may incur an additional charge.
